Eligibility Requirement: To be eligible for the free consultation and treatment, you must bring your latest MRI or X-ray images (not just the report) that are no more than 12 months old to your consultation.

If your MRI / X-Rays are not up to date or clinically relevant, Legally we would be require to retake images before you undergo spinal decompression treatment. As per the advert this would be charged at a discounted rate of £49 for the x-rays

Deposit and Refund Policy:The £20 deposit will be refunded at your consultation.

Full refund of the deposit is possible if you change your mind after booking and notify us with at least 24 hours notice before the scheduled consultation.

Cancellation Fee: A £20 fee is charged if you fail to cancel your consultation with at least 24 hours' notice or do not show up for your consultation.

Refund on the day of your consultation, which may take up to 3 days to appear in your account.
